Conduct Gender, child protection, security and humanitarian situation risk analysis and draw action plan together with community leaders. Develop zonal safeguarding plan and Gender based Violence prevention and response are in place for protecting children and adult where WV operates. Ensure that community members, community leaders, governmental actors, civil society, indigenous people and other community members are aware of safeguarding violations reporting mechanisms set in place for submitting their complaints and practice of Zero tolerance. Prepare and conduct safeguarding allegation investigations session and ensure there is a report.
Draw an advocacy and communication strategy plan by setting in place child parliament, women, indigenous people and people living with disability committees in order to conduct advocacy action to influence decision makers. Ensure that success stories are developed and used to influence decision makers and communication strategy on media. Use children and digital tools to amplifying children's voice, advocate and influence decision makers and donors. Conduct advocacy action together with cluster protection and government actors to raise awareness and convince warlords, leaders of Bantu and Twa army groups about unconditional release of children recruited by force. Identification, documentation (filling in MRM 1612 forms), psychosocial support, socio-economic, educational and professional reintegration of EAFGAs into their respective communities through learning of cutting and sewing, carpentry, hairdressing, soap-making, pastry-making and individual and collective income-generating activities.
